The Argentia Management Authority



The Argentia Management Authority (AMA) was established to help mitigate the anticipated economic impacts of the Argentia base closure. The AMA is a non-profit corporation funded through the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA). It is responsible for marketing and development of the Argentia facility, and is dedicated to the economic renewal of the Placentia area.
